Hall Security Additional
We require a damage deposit equal to the amount of rent in order to hold a date. Rent is due a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date.
We require a staff member from our organization to be on the premises for all rentals. For rentals during our business hours (9-5 Mon-Fri) there is no charge for this service. For rentals outside this window, there will be a $10 / hour charge due at the conclusion of the event. Please note that The Alexandra Centre Society issues deposit refunds once per month, and cannot issue a cheque on demand. We will return your deposit as soon as possible.
Please provide us with a setup plan for your event so that we can prepare the space to suit your needs. You can find a map of the hall in the links on the left side of this page, please complete the map and return it to our offices either in person or by fax.
